The enterprise took place with the manufacturing of canned fruits and vegetables by JOSE ANTONIO HERNANDEZ GARCIA in 1930, starting the production with: Peaches, Apricots, Jams and Sweetmeat fruits. 

In 1939 the firm expanded their products transforming other vegetables such as: Tomatoes, Artichokes, Green Beans, Peppers, etc. 

Later on, in 1960 the firm became a society under the name: INDUSTRIAS CONSERVERAS LA ESPAÑOLA S.A., located in Murcia increasing their productions. 

In the year 1960, this society changed the structure and became to a new society called CONSERVAS DIAMANTE S.L., up to this day and increasing products to fulfil up to our actual production.
